C2C Properties was established in 2002 and still operates from the same location in San Luis de Sabinillas, Manilva. C2C properties is licenced with the API. We are also self regulated by the Association of International Property Professionals. As a Member of the AIPP C2C  we have been vetted and approved, and we have voluntarily committed ourselves to industry regulation. We are located just 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella & 55 minutes from Malaga airport. We are a multilingual office speaking Spanish, English, French, German & Italian. We provide not only advice on property purchase but have inhouse legal & fiscal advisors.
